SHIPPING
At Bushido we pride ourselves in the timely matter that we process, pack and ship all of our customer orders. All in stock items are shipped out within 2 business days from the time an order is placed. We work with various Courier companies to source the quickest manner for your order to be received. We provide Shipping to most locations across South Africa with a shipping lead time of 2-7 business days, dependent on Province or City.
Please note that all clearance items are final sale and will not be considered for refund.
FREE SHIPPING
No one likes shipping charges, and we have a solution! We offer free shipping to our retail and wholesale customers on minimum order amounts. Retail customers receive free shipping on orders over the amount of R1500 incl. VAT before shipping charges are applicable. As a Wholesale Customer, orders are eligible for free shipping on orders over R2000 excl. VAT before shipping.
RETURNS
For instructions in the event you wish to return an item for exchange or warranty purpose, please contact one of our sales reps at +27-82-673-2144 or by email at kate@bushidoafrica.co.za. All returns/exchanges must be documented within 14 days of the time of purchase and all items must be in the original purchase condition with all tags & packaging intact. Any items returned without authorization or deemed unsellable, will not be granted the refund or exchange.
For hygienic purposes, we cannot accept returns on mouth guards and groin protectors.
